Dougga Libyco-Punic Bilingual Inscription
A Numidian mausoleum records the same dedication twice, once in Punic and once in Numidian, and it is that doubling alone that let modern scholars break into the otherwise unreadable Libyco-Berber script and its descendant, modern Tifinagh.
