A short theoretical text on extispicy argues, unusually explicitly for Mesopotamian divination literature, that all forms of omen, celestial, terrestrial, and the liver of a sacrificed sheep, are unified expressions of a single underlying cosmic order that the sky and the earth both write in parallel.
